Our experienced drivers can get to most locations with ease! As long as your street or driveway isn’t on a steep incline, we can park right outside your home. If space is tight, no problem—you can direct us to a nearby park, church, or parking lot instead.

For the game truck, we require up to 45 feet of clear, relatively flat space. Laser Tag parties also need a large, level area for safe gameplay.

Absolutely! Every event includes a Gaming Headquarters Game Coach who’s there to guide, encourage, and assist the everyone throughout the party. From setting up games to keeping the fun flowing, our Game Coach makes sure everyone is engaged and having a blast. We’ll help make it the party of the year!

Not at all! Just let our Game Coach know your preferences, and we’ll make sure only age-appropriate games are available during your event. We’re happy to tailor the experience to match your comfort level and ensure a fun, family-friendly environment for all guests.

No worries! Our game truck rolls out rain or shine, on chilly days or in heat over 100 degrees—we’re fully climate-controlled and ready for fun as long as it’s safe to drive.

Laser Tag parties, however, are weather-dependent. We can play in light rain, but heavy rain or severe weather may require moving the party indoors (if space allows) or rescheduling for safety.

We recommend inviting your guests to arrive about 30 minutes to 1 hour before the Gaming Headquarters Party Bus is scheduled to pull up. This gives everyone time to eat, settle in, and be ready to enjoy the exciting arrival of our mobile video game theater!

We’ll arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up and ensure everything is ready to go. You can count on us to be fully set up and ready to entertain your guests by the time your party begins!

Absolutely! We bring our full game library to every event, and your Game Coach will help tailor the experience to match your group’s preferences. You're also welcome to bring your own games if you'd like—just keep in mind that it's at your own risk.

Our reservations book up fast! To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit is required once your party is confirmed. For non-profit or civic organizations that require alternate payment methods (such as purchase orders), please contact us directly to make arrangements.Our reservations go quickly.
